Queer Pioneers

In Queer Pioneers the focus is on creators who have pushed boundaries in the areas of sexuality, identity, and gender with their films, leaving their mark on the film world and political debate.

On Monday 26 October, a new edition of Queer Pioneers is on the programme, this time featuring Coward, the new film by the highly acclaimed Belgian director Luka Dhont.

The guest for the evening is Angelo Tijssens, the man with whom Dhont has been collaborating for years. Together they wrote the screenplays for Girl and Close, and now also for Coward.

Before the film, QP curator Renske Diks will be in conversation with Tijssens. Please note: this talk will be in English. Starts at 6:30 pm.
