Stunning animation about a world where humans have disappeared and the water has risen very high. A cat must try to survive on a small sailboat, together with a few other animals.
He is considered by some to be the successor to Hayao Miyazaki, the Japanese master of anime and founder of Studio Ghibli: Gints Zilbalodis. And not without reason, for what this Latvian animation filmmaker demonstrates in the field of animation in Flow, his second film, indeed brings Miyazaki's work to mind, and he does so without words. Consequently, the film has already won a large number of film awards and is seen as a serious contender for the Oscar for Best Animated Film.

Something strange has happened, for all the humans have disappeared. A young cat doesn't care much, because his house is still standing and there is plenty to eat. But then the water starts rising very quickly, and the cat barely manages to save himself by jumping onto a passing sailboat, where a capybara has also sought refuge. Soon they are joined by a dog, a lemur, and a bird. This wondrous company must try to survive in an entirely new world.
