Five Deadly Venoms - Rumble in Hong Kong

Yang Tieh is the last disciple of the dying master of the mighty Poison Clan. The master sends him to his former comrade-in-arms, Yun, to warn him that his five other disciples may be after the fortune the clan has amassed. Those five are: the Centipede, the Snake, the Scorpion, the Lizard and the Toad. Each of them possesses his own unique fighting skills, based on the animal after which they are named. It is up to Yang to find out where they are and whether they can be trusted. If not, he must eliminate that disciple. It will be a quest fraught with betrayal, corruption and violence.

This film by Chang Cheh, a giant in the world of martial-arts films, was very successful in the West, particularly in the US, a success attributed to the many unique fighting styles featured in the film, which were unknown in the West. The film also served as a source of inspiration for the American hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan.
